The founders of ICBL Foundation are: Athene Prosjektledelse, as the representative of the Kingdom of Norway government,the Ministry of science and technology of Republic of Srpska as the representative of Republic of Srpska government, the City of Banja Luka, the Republic Agency for the development of small and medium entreprises, the University of Banja Luka and the University of East Sarajevo. The ICBL Foundation was formally opened on the 16th of June, 2010. The Business incubator provides its tenants with accommodation, service, business support, and services from the ICT area. Also, it provides co-fi nancing funds to its tenants, trains them in co-operation with the Training centre and helps with the promotion and networking services of its tenants. Business incubator, since its beginning, accepted 83 business ideas, out of which 39 were approved by the evaluation commission. 16 of these 39 ideas were developed in the company frame, and 23 ideas were developed in the team frame. In total, 130 people were employed or hired for the realisation of these ideas.
